PLEASE REMEMBER:

To reserve room you MUST reply back to our letter to you to confirm your reservation (except in 1 day Emergency Booking). We are not responsible if we do not receive a re-confirmation from you in response to our letter to you. Please reply by PHONE or e-mail to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee NEXT DAY reservation.
Please remember there is generally a 72 hour process time for us to generate a response to your reservation request. Please phone (Office: +91-542-242-0319 Mobile: +91-983-92-23251 or +91-941-52-23251) to confirm.

If coming on your own without a Pick-Up Requesr, we must know the TIME of your arrival as we will not have on record the arrival time of your plane, train, or bus. If we do NOT hear from you by 2:00 PM of your arrival date, we will assume you have canceled your reservation.

LATE ARRIVALS:
Given that we are a guest house and not a hotel and given our location, we cannot accept guests nor hold reserved rooms after 9:00 PM, regardless if you phone in advance that you will be late. If you should be arriving after 9:00 PM, please secure a room where you then are and check with us immediately in the morning ASAP for our then availability to honor your request to lodge at our guest house. Thank you.
